Cancellation Policy
A cancellation policy is in place to respect my time, other clients who may have wished for your appointment slot, and the commitment you make to your own health and wellbeing when you book a session.
In-person appointments are limited, and I take time before and after each session to ensure I can be fully present and offer the highest level of care and attention.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice incur the full appointment fee, unless I’m able to fill your spot. You’re also welcome to find someone to take your place - just let me know in advance. In the case of a genuine emergency, your appointment will be rescheduled without charge.
