Chakra Sounds Meditation November
Join me for a four week online vocal meditation journey exploring the power of your voice to create change from the inside out.
What to Expect
We'll work with a simple sound for each of the seven chakras, using the voice as a pathway into the body, the heart and a calmer. more grounded state of being. This is a small, closed group journey rather than a series of drop-in classes. Meeting with the same people each week gives us a chance to become familiar with the practice, build connection and explore a little more deeply as the weeks unfold.
Each week we'll return to the Chakra Sounds Meditation, becoming more familiar with the sounds while exploring a different focus: Week 1: Creating Space WithinBeginning gently, slowing down and giving ourselves a chance to listen
Week 2: Connecting Voice to HeartExploring what happens when we connect our sound with our heart
Week 3: Inviting Play and JoyBringing more lightness, curiosity and play into our practice Week 4: Bringing in the LightA more energised, light-charged Chakra Sounds Practice And you don't need to be a singer or experienced meditator!
Your microphone will be off, so you can explore your voice privately in your own space. I'll guide you with my voice and backing track while you make sounds in whatever way feels right for you.
All you need is you, your voice and a willingness to explore.

Your Voice is Medicine!

When you use your voice to meditate, the vibrations of the voice can help harmonise and balance your whole system - from the physical body to the subtler energies of your inner experience. It is a way of tuning yourself from the inside out, to the vibration of the unique, authentic you. Many people who have found trtaditional meditation difficult are surprised to discover that vocal meditation is an easy and pleasurable way to quieten the mind and access greater clarity and calm. It can energise when you're feeling tired, or help settle you if you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed, or caught in your thoughts.

Other benefits associated with vocal meditation include:

  • Quieting a busy mind
  • Feeling more grounded and present
  • Connecting more deeply with your body
  • Transforming emotions
  • Supporting authentic self-expression
  • Feeling more energised and alive
  • Encouraging creativity and play
  • Connecting with the heart
  • Developing confidence and trust in your voice
  • Creating a greater sense of inner space and calm
"I had a long and restful sleep after the meditation session yesterday. After l woke up, l felt so strong and managed to work for long hours which lโ€™d been trying so hard and not being able to motivate myself for a week. Thereโ€™re so many distractions in my life right now and l was about to give up and let go of my intention to be productive but I noticed myself jumping into a state of productivity right after my sleep. The meditation really turned the switch on button in me. Inspiration strength and energy continued on throughout today. Thankyou so much!
"It was a great experience to use my voice for calming my mind, feeling my body and building a connection to others. I never knew that the voice could have such a power. I noticed I was happier, more self-confident and more creative after the sound circle."
