About Vocal Meditation
Our voice is a powerful tool for self-healing. Its natural resonance literally tunes us to our deeper selves, freeing us from anything that is creating tension within. We become available for spontaneous joy and creativity to flow through us. The more our voice is free to express the beauty, power, love, peace and freedom inherent within, the more these qualities will find spontaneous expression in all areas of life. Vocal Meditation classes incorporate elements of sacred seed syllables, mantras, chants, humming, toning, sound baths, deep listening and vocal play. There is no singing or meditation experience necessary.
