New Years Wishes from my heart to yours
May we all learn how to be kinder to ourselves and know that we are enough as we are
May we discover ways to attune to the ever-present qualities of the heart; the love, peace, compassion and joy within
May we cultivate trust in ourselves, resting in the knowing we can handle whatever life brings us
May we have the courage to reach out, when things get too much to handle on our own
May we feel the supportive, nurturing energy of the earth beneath our feet and the wisdom of our deeper selves/spirit guides/ancestors accompanying us on our path
May we keep choosing the positive view over the negative, trusting all things happen for us, not against us
May we trust that our lives have purpose, even if we feel lost or alone
May our true selves find voice and expression in our relationships
May our hearts know what it is to feel love
