Cancellation Policy
A cancellation policy is in place to respect my time, other clients who may have wanted your appointment time and also to honour the commitment you make to your health and wellbeing when you book an appointment. Limited appointments are available during the week and I take time out before and after each appointment to ensure a high level of attention and focus when I’m with you.
Cancellations without 24 hours notice incur the full appointment fee, unless I find someone to fill your place. You are welcome to find someone else to take your place, as long as I am notified. In genuine emergencies, the appointment will be rescheduled without charge. Where possible, the more notice you are able to give for cancellations or changes the better!
